Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our health products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, or if you simply changed your mind.
This policy applies to:
1. Sea moss gel
2. Raw sea moss
3. Herbal products
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Exception)
We want you to be satisfied. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
If the damage is verified, we will:
Send a replacement free of charge, OR
Issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. After this window, the order cannot be cancelled as it enters our fulfillment process.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged/incorrect item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable). You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
